Chris Ewart


Chris Ewart is currently completing an MA in English at the University of Calgary. A writer of poetry, plays, and fiction, his work appears in numerous publications, including orange, bemused, filling Station, Emeritus Press and It's Still Winter - A Journal of Contemporary Canadian Poetics. His short story, "Her Belly Matches the Table", was nominated for the 2002 Journey Prize in literature, and he is the current recipient of the Kathleen and Russell Lane Canadian Writing Scholarship. His first novel, "Lamp", is under review, and he is now working on his second novel, "Sunny Day."
